West Texas police officers are investigating a horrifying head on collision claiming nine lives. This accident occurred just outside the New Mexico border and was caused by a 13-year-old operating a pickup truck. The truck crossed the center median and hit a van which was transporting the University of the Southwest’s golf team to an event in New Mexico.
