Investigations are ongoing for an accident involving two vehicles that left six people dead and one injured earlier this month.
Mirlaine Julceus was providing transportation for five others after getting off work when a 17-year-old driving a BMW rear ended her vehicle. According to authorities the BMW rear ended the SUV which sent both vehicles in opposite directions.
The 17-year-old would be taken to the hospital with minor injuries, but for the passengers in the SUV they would not be so fortunate. All six passengers would b e pronounced dead after the accident sent them flipping over the median.
Julceus’ family is now filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the parents of the teenager driving the BMW.
The Florida Police Department suspect alcohol or drugs played a part in this accident on the side of the teenager.
