On Thursday morning in Lubbock, a collision involving an SUV and a pick-up truck was reported. The SUV was reported to be traveling south in the 1800 block in Milwaukee, and the pick-up truck was traveling east in the 6500 block of 19th street when they collided.
The driver of the pick-up truck was identified as Russel Floyd who was 39 years old, and he was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Floyd was the only person in this car.
The driver of the SUV was Ebony Constancio, and the passengers were 23-year-old Adrian Reyes and a 16-year-old.
The three passengers of the SUV were taken to the hospital by ambulance and hospitalized. Constancio and the 16-year-old were taken by ambulance to The University Medical Center with serious injuries. Reyes has minor injuries.
