Commercial Truck Driver Hits Two Idle Vehicles in Jacksonville, Florida

Two vehicles were on the shoulder of a road while one of the people was helping the other repair a flat tire. While they were repairing the tire a commercial truck would hit the idle vehicles leaving one man pinned.

This accident occurred back in December but has recently been reopened due to the dashcam showing the driver of the commercial truck falling asleep at the wheel. The driver of the semi, Cecil Brown, initially blamed a flat tire that caused him to hit the two vehicles, but now authorities think something else happened.

After looking at the dashcam you could clearly see Mr. Brown fell asleep at the wheel before the accident took place.

Cecil Brown could now possibly receive legal charges for the accident.
