Authorities are investigating a commercial vehicle accident that turned into a hit and run leaving a woman dead in the street. Florida Highway Patrol have made an official arrest after a witness of the accident followed the commercial vehicle until the police arrived.
The authorities haven’t released the name of the woman who died, but they did say she exited her vehicle after it broke down and moments later her vehicle was struck by the commercial vehicle leaving her dead and her passenger, a 57-year-old woman, would be driven to the hospital where she would receive treatment for minor injuries.
After authorities arrived at the commercial vehicle, which was parked at a gas station, they were able to make an arrest. The driver of the commercial vehicle, Miguel Valero Gonzalez, would be charged with fleeing a fatal accident.
Thanks to the actions of this good samaritan the family of the deceased woman are now able to get justice for someone taking their family member away.
